This is Bond Street in Astoria, Oregon, just west of the post office. It's a charming Chinese restaurant. I've eaten there several times. Painting scenes of cars picking up takeout is becoming a theme. I think this is the third time. Something about the brakelights and the car running while someone gets their food feels like a special, rainy night occassion.
